Paul Kinghorn

Biography:

I have been involved in the industry since 1996 and have covered many areas of the fitness industry. Commencing as a cleaner and progressing as a gym instructor, group fitness instructor, personal trainer, membership advisor and now Club Manager.  I would like to think l have a great understanding of how the club operates and can assist members in all of their needs.
 
As president of Fitness Victoria, l also look forward to the continuing development of the industry and hope to reflect this in the programs and service we provide to our members here in the Club.

Biography:

Melissa Phillips

Biography:

Mel has been at EQHF for 18 months and has recently achieved her certificates in business administration.

Since embarking on a new career here at Equilibrium Mel has learnt a great deal about the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle and the benefits its leads to, through personal training sessions with both Michael and Robbie Mel is continuing to take great steps to realise her goals.

Biography:

Joye leads a full and active life; she attributes her present level of health and fitness to her active involvement with Equilibrium. As a result she developed a passion for the health and fitness industry, where she can start using the knowledge she has gained to help other people.

Starting in her 50’s Joye can attest that it is never too late to achieve your goals, as a lovely friendly and caring person, she would love to help you!

Her background and interests in sport over the years have included netball, athletics, basketball, horse riding, tennis, skiing and also enjoys doing some gardening.

Biography:

Hi my name is Chris,
 
I believe staying fit and healthy is a major factor in acquiring a happy life style.  I have been going to the gym for several years and couldn’t encourage it more.

Melissa Morony

Biography:

On December 30th 2005 Melissa was asked by a friend, “Have you lost weight?” She hadn’t been trying to at that stage but wondered what would happen if she tried…

So her New Years Resolution for 2006 was to lose weight. This resolution brought about a complete change of lifestyle and with it brought success!!
 
Based on her own experience with weight loss this led to the decision to enter the fitness industry to help others attain their health and fitness goals.

Biography:

Richard has been in the health and fitness industry since 2000.  He has covered many roles in this time from gym manager, personal trainer, gym instructor, membership manager and now as one of our motivating membership advisors.

With his years of experience in the industry he brings some great knowledge and enthusiasm to the club. Also after working at nearly all the Equilibrium clubs, we are glad to have him here at Doncaster.
