Meet The Crew - Mentone  

Peter Crawford

Biography:

Peter is part owner and General Manager of Equilibrium Mentone, he has over 15 years experience in improving the health and wellness of the community.  He has held roles at a regional level with one of the largest fitness chains in the world.  He now owns a number of health clubs and prides himself on the excellent level of service his clubs offer members.  Peter is excited about the many positive changes that will be implemented in the new year.

Natalie Cardamone

Biography:

Natalie is a firm believer that the difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, nor a lack of knowledge, but rather in a lack of will. You can achieve anything you want, as long as your heart and mind are determined to accomplish this.

Natalie began her health and fitness career in 2004 studying Cert III and VI at Berwick Chisholm Tafe.

Nat has always had a passion for her sport, especial playing softball, soccer, volleyball, cricket, netball but most importantly her football. Playing women’s football from 13 years old she was fortunate to get selected to represent Victoria in 2004 and played in the Australian championships in Adelaide - mind you us Victorians thrashed all the other states, and brought home the cup and medals.

Nat is a very enthusiastic member of our team who loves to help members not only achieve their goals but to make them laugh and have a good time working out. Anything for a giggle she says. She is a very approachable and loves to have that chat here and there.

Chris Lock

Biography:

All through Chris's Life he has been into sport and participated from Athletics to Basketball to Kick-boxing, Boxing to indoor soccer and competing in Decathlon's Chris has always loved sport

At the age of 17 Chris stepped in to his first gym and loved it. Over the years he has been and worked out at many gyms and until last year never thought of becoming a gym instructor. But half way through last year he decided to take the plunge and become a Gym Instructor/Personal trainer and has looked back since.

Chris's love of fitness in particular weights and nutrition has helped Chris to achieve the results and success in his fitness life and now wants to help the members in this club to achieve there personal fitness goals.

Siobhan Johnstone

Biography:

Siobhan has enhanced and expanded her fitness career by commencing at Equilibrium Health & Fitness early 2007 and has loved it ever since. Her role of administration, customer support and member care is ideal with her friendly outgoing and approachable nature. 

While working at Equilibrium she has also become very committed to motivating members and very enthusiastic to offer advice when it comes to certain injuries, especially concerning knees. This resulted from having had two reconstructions, back  &  neck injuries  including many broken bones sustained from her extensive Motorcross career. This makes her very sympathetic to clients who suffer from similar injuries.

Siobhan was also a Sports Trainer for Noble Park Football Club, Frankston Dolphins Football Club and Echuca United for a number years, giving her a great knowledge in Remedial & Sports Injuries Massage.

Naturally she is always happy to give advice, support and motivation to anyone that comes through the door and beyond.

Dominique Williams

Biography:

Ever since Dom can remember she’s always been known as the “sporty chick”. For her, school was all about sport. She attempted all the sports that were offered and ended up getting hooked on cricket, rugby, basketball, softball and golf.

Dom got into the industry because of her love of people and being active. She believes there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the confidence, energy and happiness of her clients when they reach their goals. She believes that ability is what you’re capable of doing, motivation determines what you do and attitude determines how well you do it.

Biography:
