Biography:
Sarah has worked across several major Melbourne Health & Fitness Clubs throughout her 7 years in the Fitness Industry.
Her roles include, Membership Advisor, Personal Trainer, Body Pump & Cycle Instructor, Gym Manager and most recently Club Manager. Having trained with international athletes and represented Australia herself, Sarah knows the challenges of combining work and family commitments with health and fitness.
She believes that with simple time management, motivation and discipline, a healthy balanced lifestyle can be achieved.

Biography:
Michelle joined Equilibrium form Buckinghamshire, England in 2001 and has established herself in a range of different sports including being squad captain and coach in netball and a gold medallist in youth Judo.
Michelle keeps fit in the pool and the gym area as well as yoga. Michelle promises to provide the motivation, inspiration and FUN!!

Biography:
Matthew spent the first 10 years of his working life as an Electrician, but after travelling around the U.S.A for 4 months he returned with a new direction and set about looking for a career he could enjoy.
I completed my studies at the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2004 and set about starting this new career. I have always enjoyed and played a variety of sports including Australian Rules Football and reached high levels in Basketball playing for over 20 years. I have also coached a number of successful basketball teams and even assisted with the local women’s football side.
I enjoy keeping up to date with the latest news and innovations, but more love helping others discover how beneficial and life changing regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle can be.

Biography:
John chose to become a Personal Trainer as a result of his own enjoyment in keeping fit and healthy as well as helping others.
In 2008 John will be studying Occupational Therapy at Latrobe University having completed his VCE in 2006. Wanting a year off before beginning his studies John chose Personal Training as a corresponding field to help gain skills and experience.
John enjoys playing football, cricket and golf, along with keeping up to date with the latest news on fitness techniques and breakthroughs.

Biography:
Ebony is a bubbly and energetic person who has grown up in a sporting family, herself trying out many sports, netball and basketball ranking as her favourites.
Focusing on her basketball Eb was lucky enough to tour the U.S. for a month playing against various college teams. Ebony has always enjoyed keeping fit and so decided to start out a career in fitness.
Having completed her studies at the Australian Institute of Fitness Eb enjoys helping people achieve their short and long term goals especially in one-on-one personal training sessions.

Biography:
Having spent 7 seven years in the football industry with involvement in the TAC Cup, VFL and at AFL Victoria Rob’s interest in health and fitness has seen him move into a career in then gym. He enjoys helping Equilibrium members with both exercise programming and technique.
Rob played soccer and footy in his youth and currently enjoys staying fit through Karate, weight training and searching for his errant golf shots.
Rob is passionate about weight training and believes it is an essential part of any fitness program as is has so many benefits, from increased metabolism to improved bone density.

Biography:
After completing her Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Literature and Linguistics, Melissa spent 2 years in Japan and during her time, she joined a gym for the first time and made a group of wonderful friends there, through the various Group Exercise classes.
Melissa has always been involved in different sports activities, including things like Netball, Soccer, Tap Dancing and Touch Footy.
Melissa is very glad to have the opportunity to work with Equilibrium and hopes to meet many new people, and continue to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

Biography:
With a sports background in Australian Rules football, Aaron has always been interested in keeping extremely fit and healthy. As senior captain of his football club he has been involved in a number of pre season training regimes, combining resistance and cardiovascular training. His love of fitness saw him make a move into the gym, and become a personal trainer. He enjoys helping people at all levels of fitness, be it weight loss, muscle gain or others. Aaron is experienced as an instructor in 'Boot Camp' training and is also able to assist in injury rehabilitation. Aaron enjoys keeping a high level of fitness allowing him to enjoy many different sporting pursuits. His favorite training discipline is running (both distance and sprinting), hill climbing and interval training.
