Biography:
Leasa has worked at Equilibrium Health and Fitness for over 12 months. She has been involved in various sports and coaching roles over the past 10 years, including gym instruction, swim teaching and coaching, basketball coaching, netball coaching, and cross country team coaching.
Leasa has also worked in various fields of sales management. Leasa has studied at Monash University and ACU - Bachelor of Arts/Teaching, and a Bachelor of Psychology.
Leasa enjoys seeing people reach their goals and wants to be a part of helping people live long and healthy lives! She wants everyone to experience the joy and benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Biography:
Daniel is the Gym Manager & Personal Training Coordinator here at Rowville.
Daniel completed his Master Trainer at the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2005 and began working at Equilibrium directly after.
After suffering a severe neck injury, Daniel joined Equilibrium Health & Fitness in 2003 to assist his rehabilitation program, After witnessing first hand the benefits of a gym program, Daniel decided to make a career out of helping people achieve their own health & fitness related goals.
Daniel enjoys all aspects of keeping fit and has a passion for music.

Biography:
Chad has been working at Equilibrium Health and Fitness, Rowville, since February after completing his Certificate III and IV in Fitness. Chad has also completed his Advanced Diploma in Remedial Massage which has advanced his knowledge of Human Anatomy.
Chad was a member in 2003, at which time he decided he wanted to work and be a part of the Fitness industry. Chad is very passionate about sport and staying fit and healthy.

Biography:
Samantha has been working at Equilibrium Health and Fitness for 3 and ½ years. Her role of administration and customer support is ideal for her friendly and approachable nature. Sam is a qualified Remedial / Sports Massage Therapist which she does away from the club.
Through her massage she has worked at Hawthorn Football Club and Sandringham Football club where she has gained knowledge and experience in the health and fitness area.
While working at Equilibrium she has also been very determined and motivated to lose 30 kilograms with sensible eating and the help of her fantastic trainers Marcia and Alistair.
She is always happy to give advise or support to members who are working just as hard!!

Biography:
James's passion for health and fitness stems from his involvement in many sports, such as athletics and rockclimbing. His latest achievements include triathlons & surfing.
By working as an Instructor/Trainer James aims to help clients of all ages & fitness levels achieve and surpass their goals.
James's life goal is to have a positive impact on fighting childhood obesity & improve confidence in young people.
James is also studying a Bachelor of Arts degree with the intention of becoming a primary school teacher.

Hayley has completed Certificate III in Fitness at Holmesglen Tafe in 2006 and she has recently joined the team at Equilibrium working as a Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer.
Hayley's participation in physical activities such as tennis, netball, athletics, and exercise has led her to her passion to work in the Fitness Industry.
Through her enthusiasm and dedication, Hayley is passionate about motivating people to achieve their full potential and fitness goals. Believing in yourself is the key to success which is why Hayley enjoys assisting people overcome this hurdle and inspire them to achieve their best.
Hayley is committed to helping people learn the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle so they live a happier, healthier, and more fun-filled life.

Biography:
Ryan’s passion for health and fitness originates from his keen interest in many sports, predominately Australian Rules Football. Having previously been a part of the Eastern Rangers Football Club, Ryan now currently represents the Rowville Hawks Senior Football Club.
Ryan believes that commencing a regular exercise program will improve fitness levels, increase muscle strength, assist injury recovery and improve your overall well being.
Feeling fit, energised and having fun is something Ryan feels strongly about. What better way to achieve these ideals than through resistance training and cardio activities.
